these friends have been there for some really tough times. but now i'm a little scared of wasting so much time in the weekends. how do i make sure i can still hang out with them, but without getting blacked out drunk?

Context: I work from 6:40am to 3:20pm Has anybody ideas what to do for the time i have left? im usually just doomscrolling on instagram. i want to stop that and get real hobbies in 2025 I usually start going work at 6am to meet with work mates at 6:10, after that we go to work together.
